The 2008 Saratoga Mutt Strut

On behalf of the homeless pets at the SPCA of Upstate New York, I would like to say a heartfelt "Thank you" to everyone who participated in the 2008 Saratoga Mutt Strut. This year's event was our fourth annual dog-walk taking place at the Columbia Pavilion inside the beautiful Saratoga Spa State Park. It was truly our best year yet! The weather was beautiful, the dogs were full of excitement, and everyone seemed to have a fun time...all for a great cause!

The 2008 Saratoga Mutt Strut was a huge success thanks to all of those who took time out to spend a day at the Saratoga Spa State Park to show their support for homeless pets.

A few members of The Yankee Flyers Dog and Disc Club were on hand to show off some amazing aerial acrobatics!

The day began with lots of breakfast goodies and tables full of freebies for all of our caring supporters and their pooches to enjoy.

Animal lovers from all over the area came early to enjoy the morning, and register for the walk in the park.

The event was a great opportunity to mix and mingle with other dogs and their owners.

A few of our walkers showed off some amazing tricks of their own under the pavilion.
